What RELAY does

Compose posts and videos in one editor; schedule and auto-publish to multiple platforms on a unified calendar; manage multiple brands from a single workspace with the Brand Switcher; track per-platform metrics (views, watch time, engagement, follower growth); centralize media in an asset library; and use AI-assisted ideation and image generation to speed up the creative loop.

RELAY publishes to and reads metrics from X, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.

How RELAY uses YouTube data

When you connect a YouTube channel, RELAY requests the OAuth scopes listed below. Each scope is used only for the purpose described, and only when you take an explicit action in the app.

  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.upload — Used to upload videos that you compose in RELAY to your own YouTube channel on your behalf when you click “Publish” or schedule a post. RELAY does not upload anything without an explicit user action.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.readonly — Used to read your channel and video metadata (titles, descriptions, thumbnails) and analytics (views, watch time, subscribers gained) so RELAY can display your performance metrics on the dashboard and the Metrics page.
  • https://www.googleapis.com/auth/youtube.force-ssl — Used to manage videos RELAY has previously published on your behalf—for example, editing the title, description, or tags of a scheduled video, or deleting a video from RELAY. All API traffic uses HTTPS.

Google API Services User Data Policy

RELAY’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs to any other app will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You stay in control

You can disconnect YouTube (and any other platform) at any time from the Credentials page inside RELAY. Access revoked from your Google Account permissions is also honored immediately. See our Privacy Policy for full details on what we collect, how we store it, and how to request deletion.
